Greencube: where it runs

Greencube is the electronic health record owned and developed by Vannin Group. It is not a product launch or a pilot programme. It has been in continuous production since June 2012, and today it is the system of record for hospitals, clinics, dental networks, imaging centres, and laboratories across four continents.

Fourteen years in production

Greencube went live at its first hospital in June 2012 and has been running ever since. The platform grew through the hardest kind of testing there is: real hospitals, real patients, real regulators, year after year. Across Spain it became the system of record for the Grupo HLA hospital network and the wider ASISA family of clinics, dental centres, imaging and ophthalmology networks. By 2017 it was running the ten-centre Centre Hospitalo-Universitaire Ibn Sina network in Rabat, Morocco, more than 4,000 beds on a single deployment. It went live at the French Hospital of Hanoi in Vietnam in 2018, and from 2022 expanded across Latin America: the 310-bed Hospital Metropolitano de Santiago in the Dominican Republic, Hospital Angeles Chihuahua in Mexico, and sites in Honduras, Guatemala, and Argentina.

The most recent chapter is a national hospital programme in Gabon, where Greencube went live across military instruction hospitals, university hospital centres, and community health centres between September 2024 and mid 2025. That work sits at the heart of the platform's HIMSS Stage 7 validation: the highest international measure of electronic medical record adoption, held by a small fraction of the world's hospitals.

Where Greencube runs today

Spain, Morocco, Equatorial Guinea, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Honduras, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Gibraltar, Argentina, Guatemala, Gabon, Italy, and Brazil. In Gabon, Greencube runs across the national programme that includes the Omar Bongo Ondimba and Akanda military instruction hospitals, the CHU Mere-Enfant Jeanne Ebori, CHU Owendo, and a network of community health centres. Deployments range from single specialist clinics to complete national hospital networks, covering acute care, primary care, dental, ophthalmology, radiology, assisted reproduction, and laboratory medicine.

What that history means for a buyer

A hospital that adopts Greencube is not betting on a startup roadmap. It is joining a platform that has already survived fourteen years of clinical use, multiple regulatory environments, and more than fifteen million patient records. The system is validated at HIMSS Stage 7 and aligned with HIPAA, GDPR, and DCB standards, and it is implemented by the same group that owns it, with training, commissioning, and long-term support included.

Greencube is owned and developed by Vannin Group, building on the family's healthcare businesses. For implementation enquiries, contact us at vanningroup.com. For press, see the press kit.
