Vannin Healthcare is building the operating system for modern healthcare. Our flagship product, Greencube, is a HIMSS Stage 7 certified electronic health record deployed across 300+ hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks in 20+ countries. We are scaling rapidly across Europe, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East.

The Role

We are looking for a visionary VP Product to lead Greencube's product strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will own the product organisation end-to-end, partner with engineering and clinical leadership, and be responsible for Greencube's evolution as a world-class clinical platform. This is a critical role shaping the future of healthcare technology at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the Greencube product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with commercial ambition and clinical needs.
• Lead and grow the product management team across core clinical modules (EHR, pharmacy, surgery, nursing, analytics) and platform capabilities (AI, interoperability, mobile).
• Partner closely with engineering leadership to deliver predictable, high-quality releases at scale.
• Translate clinical workflow insights into outstanding product experiences, working alongside our Clinical Advisory Board.
• Establish rigorous discovery, prioritisation, and measurement frameworks (jobs-to-be-done, RICE, OKRs, outcome-based goal-setting).
• Drive AI and machine-learning product initiatives, including clinical decision support and operational optimisation.
• Define and lead Greencube's interoperability strategy across HL7, FHIR, SNOMED, and regional standards.
• Represent Greencube externally to customers, partners, regulators, and at industry events (HIMSS, HETT, Arab Health, etc.).

Essential Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years in enterprise SaaS or health-tech leadership roles.
• Proven experience scaling product teams in a high-growth environment.
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows, EHR architecture, and healthcare interoperability.
• Track record of shipping AI/ML-driven product features at scale.
• Strong commercial instinct; able to balance technical depth with customer and business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and executive-presence skills.

Desirable

• Experience with international deployments and multi-tenant SaaS.
• Previous experience in a clinical or regulated-industry product role.
• Working knowledge of FHIR, HL7, or SNOMED CT.
• MBA or advanced technical degree.
