Vannin Healthcare is building the operating system for modern healthcare. Our flagship product, Greencube, is a HIMSS Stage 7 certified electronic health record used by thousands of clinicians across hospitals, clinics, and mobile units in 20+ countries.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead technical delivery on core Greencube modules. You will shape architecture, mentor other engineers, and own features end-to-end — with a strong voice in how Greencube evolves technically.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of complex features and platform capabilities.
• Set high technical standards for code quality, testing, and architecture.
• Mentor and coach other engineers through pair programming, code review, and architecture conversations.
• Own the technical direction of one or more Greencube modules (e.g. pharmacy, surgery, analytics, integrations).
• Partner with product, clinical, and design leadership to scope high-impact work.
• Lead architecture reviews, RFCs, and cross-team technical decisions.
• Participate in on-call and incident response.

Essential Requirements

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with strong ownership of production systems.
• Expert proficiency in a modern backend language (C#/.NET, Node.js, Python, Go, or Java).
• Strong frontend skills with a modern framework (React, Vue, Angular, or similar).
• Deep database experience (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar) and API design expertise.
• Proven track record leading complex features from design to production.
• Experience mentoring senior engineers.

Desirable

• Healthcare standards experience (HL7, FHIR, SNOMED, DICOM).
• Regulated software development experience (ISO 13485, IEC 62304).
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, event-driven architectures, or offline-first apps.
• Exposure to ML-powered product features.
