Our Project Management function sits at the heart of everything we do — turning complex healthcare programmes into successful, on-time, on-budget deployments.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of healthcare delivery projects across our international portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams covering clinical, technical, construction, and commercial workstreams — with responsibility for timeline, scope, quality, budget, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of healthcare projects from kick-off to handover — including Greencube EHR implementations, mobile clinic deployments, and turnkey hospital programmes.
• Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical consultants, software engineers, installation crews, and external partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients — ministries of health, hospital groups, and international organisations.
• Lead steering committees and board-level project reporting.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Manage project financials, change requests, and procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and clinical quality requirements.

Essential Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or technology deployment.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-workstream projects across multiple countries.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%).

Desirable

• Experience with EHR or hospital IT implementations.
• Experience delivering projects in the Middle East, Africa, or Latin America.
• Working knowledge of Spanish, French, or Arabic.
• Agile/Scrum certifications.
