  • Lead clinical workflow workshops with customer nursing teams during implementation projects.
  • Develop clinical content, templates, and scales (NANDA, Barthel, Norton, Glasgow, Downton) for Greencube deployments.
  • Act as a clinical expert in sales conversations, tender responses, and customer demos.
  • Represent Vannin Group in clinical advisory meetings, conferences, and regulatory forums.
  • Contribute to the Clinical Advisory Board and internal clinical training curriculum.
  • Support safety reviews, clinical risk assessments, and post-implementation evaluations.

  • Experience with digital health records, clinical informatics, or nursing digital transformation programmes.
  • Deep understanding of nursing care planning, medication safety, and clinical governance.
  • Outstanding communication, training, and stakeholder skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 25%).

Desirable

  • Previous experience in EHR implementations or health-tech product roles.
  • Postgraduate qualification in clinical informatics, nursing leadership, or public health.
  • Working knowledge of Spanish, French, or Arabic.

What We Offer

  • A unique hybrid clinical and technology role at the heart of healthcare innovation.
  • Competitive salary, bonus, and equity.
  • New York office at 30 Broad Street, Financial District, with hybrid working.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and generous paid time off.
