Full-Stack Engineer
About Vannin Group
Vannin Group's Healthcare Division is building the operating system for modern healthcare. Our flagship product, Greencube, is an electronic health record used by thousands of clinicians across hospitals, clinics, and mobile units in 14 countries.
The Role
We are hiring two Full-Stack Engineers to build the clinical workflows, integrations, and user experiences that define Greencube. You will work across the full stack, from database and APIs through to the clinician-facing UI, shipping features that have a direct impact on patient care every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship production-grade features across the Greencube platform: clinical modules, dashboards, integrations, patient and clinician apps.
- Own features end-to-end: database schema, API design, business logic, frontend UI, and tests.
- Collaborate with clinical, product, and design teammates to translate clinician workflows into elegant software.
- Contribute to Greencube's architecture, technical standards, and engineering culture.
- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture reviews, and incident response.
- Help evolve Greencube's interoperability layer (HL7, FHIR, SNOMED).
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience in a production SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in a modern backend language (e.g. C#/.NET, Node.js, Python, Go, or Java).
- Strong frontend skills with a modern framework (React, Vue, Angular, or similar).
- Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL) and API design.
- Software engineering craft: testing, CI/CD, code review, pragmatic architecture.
- Care for user experience and attention to detail.
Desirable
- Experience with healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR, SNOMED, DICOM).
- Experience with regulated software development (ISO 13485, IEC 62304).
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, event-driven systems, or offline-first apps.
- Exposure to ML-powered product features.
What We Offer
- Mission-driven work with real clinical impact.
- Competitive salary, bonus, and equity.
- New York office at 30 Broad Street, Financial District, with hybrid working.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and generous paid time off.
- Learning budget and conference attendance.
