The Role

We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to own the infrastructure, reliability, and deployment pipelines that keep Greencube running 24/7 for patients and clinicians worldwide. You will work on cloud infrastructure, observability, security hardening, and CI/CD across our multi-tenant, multi-region SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate Vannin's cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) across multiple regions.
• Own CI/CD pipelines for rapid, safe deployments across dev, staging, and production.
• Establish and maintain observability — metrics, logs, traces, alerting, on-call runbooks.
• Lead infrastructure-as-code discipline using Terraform, Pulumi, or equivalent.
• Automate security hardening and compliance controls (ISO 27001, HIMSS, UK DSP Toolkit).
• Partner with engineering teams to improve platform reliability, performance, and cost.
• Contribute to disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response planning.
• Manage on-call rotations and continuously improve SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of DevOps or SRE experience in a production SaaS environment.
• Deep expertise in one major cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform / IaC, and CI/CD tooling.
• Solid Linux, networking, and scripting skills (Python, Go, or Bash).
• Security-first mindset with practical knowledge of access control, secrets management, and key management.
• On-call experience and strong incident-response instincts.

Desirable

• Experience with healthcare compliance (ISO 27001, HITRUST, HIPAA, HIMSS).
• Experience with multi-region, multi-tenant SaaS.
• Familiarity with modern observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry).
• Exposure to clinical or regulated software environments.
