  • Lead clinical workflow workshops with customer physician teams during implementation projects.
  • Oversee clinical safety, medication safety, and decision support rule design.
  • Represent Vannin Group in clinical advisory meetings, regulatory forums, and tender panels.
  • Develop and maintain clinical content, protocols, and pathways within Greencube.
  • Act as a clinical authority in pre-sales conversations and customer demos with senior physicians and medical directors.
  • Chair or contribute to the Clinical Advisory Board.
  • Support feasibility studies, clinical-operational planning, and hospital-service design for turnkey projects.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience with EHR deployment, clinical informatics, or clinical transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of hospital operations, multi-specialty workflows, and clinical governance.
  • Ability to translate complex clinical realities into pragmatic product requirements.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 25%).

Desirable

  • Subspecialty expertise (e.g. emergency medicine, surgery, internal medicine, ICU).
  • US state medical licensure or international equivalent.
  • Clinical informatics qualification (e.g. Faculty of Clinical Informatics membership).
  • Working knowledge of Spanish, French, or Arabic.

What We Offer

  • A unique clinician-executive hybrid role shaping global healthcare technology.
  • Competitive salary, bonus, and equity.
  • New York office at 30 Broad Street, Financial District, with hybrid working.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and generous paid time off.
