Greencube FAQ for ministries and hospital groups
Greencube is the electronic health record owned and developed by Vannin Group. It has been in continuous production since June 2012 and today runs as the system of record across more than 300 clinical sites in 14 countries, with over fifteen million patient records. This page answers the questions ministries and hospital groups ask before an implementation conversation.
What is Greencube?
Greencube is an enterprise electronic health record owned and developed by Vannin Group. It connects clinical, operational, and administrative workflows on one platform — from emergency arrival through admission, treatment, surgery, and discharge — and extends into outpatients, home care, pharmacy, diagnostics, and hospital operations. It was co-developed with practising clinicians so day-to-day workflows reflect how hospitals actually run. See the Greencube overview at /greencube.
How long has Greencube been in production?
Greencube went live at its first hospital in June 2012 and has been in continuous production since then. It is not a pilot programme or a product announcement — it is a system of record that has run in real hospitals, under real regulators, for more than a decade. See implementations and history at /greencube-implementations.
At what scale does Greencube operate today?
Published figures on vanningroup.com: 300+ clinical sites live; 14 countries; 15M+ patient records; 55 hospitals; 8,000+ hospital beds covered; in production since 2012. Deployments range from single specialist clinics to multi-site and national hospital programmes. Country list and programme notes are on /greencube-implementations; press kit facts are on /press-kit.
Is Greencube a full care-continuum EHR or ambulatory SaaS?
Greencube is built as a care-continuum hospital and health-system EHR, not a narrow ambulatory SaaS product. Core clinical modules cover emergency and admissions, outpatients and day hospital, inpatient care (including maternity and ICU), nursing, surgery, oncology, pregnancy and labour, and diagnostics. The same record extends into home care, rehabilitation, vaccination programmes, pharmacy and closed-loop medication safety, bed management, billing, and quality. It is designed to scale from a single clinic to a national health system. Platform modules: /greencube.
Can Greencube be used in deployable or field settings?
Yes. Greencube is listed for use across hospitals, primary care networks, specialty clinics, and mobile and field clinics, as well as ministries of health. For physical deployable capacity (field hospitals and mobile clinics), see Vannin Group’s mobile clinical pages at /mobile-clinics and /field-hospitals-in-stock; Greencube is the digital record that can sit alongside that delivery model.
Who hosts Greencube, and who controls the data?
Greencube is delivered as cloud-native Infrastructure-as-a-Service from a global network of secure data centres. It supports HL7 and FHIR interoperability, encryption at rest and in transit, granular access controls, and is described as GDPR, HIPAA, and DCB ready. OpenXML and CDA export are available for clinical continuity across systems. Cloud, security, and interoperability details: /greencube.
How is Greencube implemented?
Greencube is implemented by the same group that owns and develops it, with training, commissioning, and long-term support included. Buyers are joining a platform already in multi-year clinical use, not betting on an unproven roadmap. For a ministry or hospital-group programme, the usual path is an implementation conversation through Vannin Group’s Healthcare Division — covering scope, sites, integration, training, and go-live support. See /greencube-implementations or contact via vanningroup.com.
How does Greencube relate to Vannin Group?
Greencube is owned and developed by Vannin Group, building on the family’s healthcare businesses. Vannin Group itself was founded in 2021 as the parent company consolidating healthcare infrastructure, digital health, mobile clinical capacity, and related services. Greencube’s production history (since 2012) precedes the group’s incorporation; the group is the current owner and implementer. Vannin Group Inc. is a US company headquartered in New York. Published Greencube operating proof points are primarily international — see /press-kit and the general /faq.
Is Vannin Group’s Greencube the same as other products named “Green Cube” or similar?
No. Vannin Group’s Greencube is the enterprise electronic health record described on vanningroup.com: owned and developed by Vannin Group, in continuous production since June 2012, and deployed across 300+ clinical sites in 14 countries with 15M+ patient records. Other companies and products sometimes use similar names in different industries or markets. Those are separate organisations and products.
